Rest Easy, love to Nikki and Family xo
Dear brother. It’s hard to write goodbye. But you are now free of physical pain, wings stretched wide as you soar next to the creator spirit Bunjil. I know that you will continue to watch over your family- though changed in form, May they always know that you are carried in their hearts and never far away. You shared so much about our culture to those willing to listen, with so much wisdom. Yet the greatest power was not with words, but with the vibrational teacher that is sound. The sound of your didge touched people at a deeper level beyond the barriers of words. It speaks a language understood by the soul. So my brother, that was how you shared your light. Gratitude from my heart to yours. Heart felt condolences to Nikki and your children. With love Shamana ❤️
Uncle Norm – I Love you so much. Thank you for sharing your love of country with me that I will never forget you. Love always – Tilly, yr 5 Kardinia International College.
Norm, thank you for welcoming us to Woodline, onto country, and for helping Lucy to find her feet. Your connection means the world.
Remembering Norm, who made such a vivid impact upon the students of Parrwang House, Geelong Grammar when he skilfully, compassionately and generously led the community to create a mural in our boarding house. Norm shared his infinite wisdom and passion for his culture with the students as well as being a relatable role model, who they painted alongside, using his obvious charm, quick wit and friendly demeanour to set them at ease. He will be very fondly remembered. Thoughts and prayers with Nikki and the family.
A great man who educated and taught a large range of people including myself in a very inclusive and personal way.
